Delivery and Access

How soon will I receive my order?

Instantly. Our system is fully automated to ensure you don’t have to wait. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to your email address. In rare cases of high network traffic, it may take up to 60 minutes for your email to arrive, but please note that it is sent immediately after payment is complete.

I haven’t received my download email. What should I do?

Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first (especially if you use Gmail or Outlook). It is also helpful to add our e-mail address to your safe-senders list. You will receive this e-mail address after your first purchase. If it’s still missing after an hour, there may have been a typo in your email at checkout. Just 'Contact Us' and we’ll investigate for you and help resolve any issues.

Should I backup my files?

Yes, absolutely! To ensure you have lifetime access to your purchase, we strongly recommend backing up your files to a cloud drive (like iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox) or an external hard drive immediately after downloading. While we are happy to try and help you recover a link if you lose access, your own backup is the safest way to keep your digital library secure. Please remember that these files are for personal use only.

Can I use these files for my business, or make copies to give away?

No. All purchases are for personal use only. Distribution, sharing, or resale of our digital files is strictly prohibited. Do I need an account to purchase?

No. You are welcome to check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your full order history and access your data within one central location. It also gives you the option to save your details on a secure server, with payment protection measures in place, that when combined will allow you to checkout quickly for any future purchases.

Payments and Refunds

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because our products are digital and dispatched instantly, all sales are final. Digital assets cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, so we are unable to offer refunds once the delivery email has been sent. We encourage you to review product descriptions and technical requirements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding a product, then please ask before purchasing, if possible.

Will I be charged VAT or import taxes?

Since our products are 100% digital, there are no physical customs or import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price. For both UK and international customers, any applicable digital sales tax (VAT/GST) is calculated at checkout based on your specific location, and will be adjusted (if required) by your chosen payment provider, with the total price you'll pay visible before purchase.

Can I buy a digital product as a gift?

Yes! Simply use your own email address at checkout to receive the files, then you can forward the delivery email to the recipient whenever you’re ready. You can also print the "Thank You" page, which contains the download link, to include in a physical card.
