How do I what I am looking for?
We will consistently be adding a large variety of digital products for you. It's important for us to make everything as easy to find as possible for you, without adverts and over complicated pages for you to navigate.
Click 'MENU' on the left hand side of the top navigation bar, and from there you can navigate the entire website. From here you can narrow down your search by selecting the product type (e.g Wall Art, Templates, Books etc) , select 'Brands' if you would like broader themed view of products available (eg. Movies, Gaming, Travel, Animals etc) , select informative areas of our website such as Blog, Contact Us and our Privacy Policy (also visible in the top and bottom Navigation bars) , or alternatively, use our Search Bar which can be found at the top of every page to find a specific product you may have in mind.
What should I do if I have a question about a product, or another subject?
If you have any questions at all, then please us our Contact Us page to get in touch. We will aim to reply as quickly as possible, and this will always be within 48 hours. Please note that we all need downtime though, so replies will most likely be within office hours Mon-Fri.

How do I purchase products?
Our webstore works that same as any other. Find the product(s) you are looking for, add to cart once you're happy with your choice, and complete the checkout process. You can choose to save card details if you prefer to speed up the checkout process.
I have placed my order and payment is complete. What next?
Once payment is complete, you will receive an e-mail (most likely within seconds, and please check your Spam folder if it isn't visible within 10-15 minutes) with links to download your purchase(s) and voila.....your purchase is complete and with instant delivery!

Where is my downloaded purchase?
Generally speaking, downloads will automatically save locally in the 'Downloads' folder of the device you choose to download your purchase with. If you are unsure where this is, then please consult the manual for your device. You can of course choose to have your download save elsewhere, so please check your chosen location if you cannot find your download within the 'Downloads' folder. Alternatively, feel free to contact us if you are unable to find your download, and we will assist as best as possible.
What should I do if my digital product is damaged/faulty?
All digital products will be tested before being made available for sale to ensure the highest quality finish. In theory, there will never be a damaged/faulty product, but should you encounter one then please Contact Us to inform of the issue you've encountered, and enable us to help resolve any issues for you.
Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before purchasing. To do this, simply remove any items from the cart before purchasing to cancel your order.
As for returns, digital products are unable to be 'returned' , as once they are paid for, you will automatically receive them. Should you decide that you would like a refund for your digital purchases, then please Contact Us with your order number and details explaining why you would like a refund. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will endeavour to resolve any faults you have found, and provide a replacement if possible, but we will not refund any purchased digital product if it is as advertised and fully functional. With that in mind, please ensure you are happy with any and all prodcts before purchasing, and ask any questions in advance so that we may ensure you are fully informed and happy with your purchase(s).
What does my 'order status' mean?
With webstores that sell physical products, you will often receive order updates stating when an order is 'Pending, 'Processing' and 'Complete. As we sell only Digital, once you have complete the Checkout process and paid for your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a link for your download(s), and the status of your order will automatically be updated to 'Complete'.

Simply Contact Us with your commission request, and we will reply to confirm details, ensure you are happy with what we will create for you, and confirm the cost in advance so you have no surprises.
How do I pay for a commission?
We will most likely ask for payment only on completion. However, if your commission request is an exceptionally large scale piece of work, then we may discuss part payment options in advance. Otherwise, once the work is complete, we will add your commission to our webstore exclusively for you, send you a link once added and remove it once purchased. This way you are able to pay through our secure payment gateway in accordance with all data protection laws.

How long does delivery take?

Will I be charged additional fees if I purchase from another country?

Why don't you sell physical products?
We may sell physical products in the future, but at the this time we would prefer to focus on digital products only to enable immediate delivery and positive, hassle free experiences for all of our customers. There can be many complications that can come with selling physical products such as components being unavailable, short staffing, delayed deliveries, missing parcels and more. So we are focusing on avoiding all of those by simply not selling physical products at this time. If this changes in the future, then we will update out FAQs and website accordingly.
